The first Labo M festivals are approaching , so here is a little newsletter so you can get your train tickets before they run out!

We start with a word about Swing , then an overview of the new Hameau Nature festival and finally an overview of the last residency and the trad music concert broadcast live on local radio.


Swing Festival

May 18-19-20 - in three weeks!


The 2024 edition takes up what made the last edition so successful with its crazy groups, the magical atmosphere and the calm of nature once the evening is over!
We continue with the objective of remaining the most atypical and improbable swing festival in Europe: this year's groups will provide great energy, with seven then eight musicians on stage, DJ evenings to continue the party, street shows, activist workshops, a forum theater of a feminist collective from Lyon, a local independent radio studio, the presentation of the association and other projects of the place, of the flower farm and everything: enough to keep you busy all weekend!


People  from many European countries  have already taken their places, but there are still some left! Our festivals operate mainly through word of mouth: we need you to tell your friends about this!

If they want to come, take a car together or join a car that passes near you: we have just created  an event on MobiCoop  to come to the festival.
Bonus: if you come in a group, there is an automatic 10% reduction for orders of 4 people or more. Simple, right?

You know it, Broc Swing Fest is more than just an event Swing . It is suitable for dancers as well as music lovers, nature lovers, activists or simply curious to discover projects that are out of the ordinary: you surely know someone of your entourage who might enjoy participating with you. Free camping on site, numerous accommodations nearby.


PS: we still have envelopes ready to send with beautiful flyers inside so that you can share them in your evenings between now and the festival: reply to us with your address and you will receive them quickly! ;)
PS2: we still have a few places to volunteer during the festival : by participating in setting up the festival and its operation, you will become an integral part of the team and experience the festival from the inside. Hameau Nature

June 7-8-9

Le Hameau Nature is the new Sundgau festival in partnership with Maison de la Nature du Sundgau which aims to enjoy the ideal setting of Morimont for a beautiful weekend in June with a relaxed family atmosphere to remake the world around wooden games, musical evenings around the firepit and above all amazing and profound shows.
We were able to attend the shows (acrobatics, poetry and music combined!) and it was a real treat, for us and our children, aged 3 and over!

Home Concert live on Radio Quetsch

It was April 27!

Labo M regularly welcomes artists in residence. Last week, two people from Strasbourg (including a regular from the  Folk festival at Morimont  !) spent the week at Morimont to work on songs from their group Buzz Mortel and record tracks for a future project. When Ireland and central France meet, the result is a trad fusion mixing guitar, violin, bagpipes and flute with the most beautiful effect.

On Saturday evening we were treated to an intimate concert in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, great luxury! Grinning Face with Big Eyes The participants of the floral stay organized by the  eglantines-etc farm  were able to attend this performance lasting a little over an hour.
